What are the shipping costs for my order at Menga Trading?
If you order on weekdays before 3PM, you will receive your order within 2-3 days. The minimum order value is €50,- and from €150,- you enjoy our free delivery service. Create your account, to see all our products and prices right away.

Can I order customized products at Menga Trading (branding, logo, color, labels)?

As a wholesaler, Menga Trading likes to offer interesting discounts when you purchase large quantities or for higher sums. Have a look at our discount page for the possibilities.
How does Menga Trading ship my order?
Menga Trading uses UPS Delivery for all orders. We try to get your order to you as fast as we can. Orders before 3.00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
What are the delivery times of Menga Trading?
All our products are shipped from our storage. Did you order before 3.00 PM and did you pay by creditcard, iDeal, Mr. Cash, Paypal, Bancontact or C.O.D., than we send your order out the same day. All our deliveries are shipped by UPS, who deliver orders to the United Kingdom within 2 days, to Ireland, Scotland and Wales in 3 days (some regions excepted). How large are the quantities of products in store at Menga Trading?
We have a web shop with real time numbers of what we have in store of our products. You can order the amount you want, as for the availability offered in our web shop. If you require more products or larger quantities, feel free to get in touch for the possibilities. Many products are available in larger quantities thanks to our adjoining showroom and daily new stock.
Are all products free of nickel?
All articles Menga Trading offers are free of nickel, conformed to European norms and legislation.
How does Menga Trading deal with warranty of their products?
All orders are checked before being shipped. If products arrive with defects, please contact us through: info@mengatrading.com
Please notify us in your message what product is defect and please add a picture of the broken product to your e-mail. We will then reimburse you with account credit or will ship your article again. Please check your order on delivery. We will only reimburse complaints offered within 48 hours after delivery.
Can I also purchase products in the showroom?
Menga Trading has a cash & carry showroom in Valkenswaard. We recommend that if you want to visit, you can check the website first and make notes on what articles you might be interested in. We only supply to resellers, so you’ll need to register online or bring your commercial registration papers. In our showroom, like on our website, you can purchase products in single pieces with a minimum purchases of € 50 excl. VAT.
